By this time, the encampment is established and the landlord has to resolve the situation.
The first time a landowner encounters the problem, he is faced with occupants of the unlawful encampment with many years experience in this way of life, often a 'quick' solution is suggested by members of the encampment to the landlord, for financial help for them to fund a vehicle repair or help pay for food. fuel, then they will move on.

On instruction being received we prepare all relevant paperwork and arrange for our Eviction Task Force to attend the encampment along with our vehicle removal specialists, we inform the relevant authorities of our action and give estimated times of arrival and the processes we are enforcing.
Once on site, our professional Bailiffs will make contact with the 'person in charge' of the encampment and give a timescale for the travellers to start moving.
The encampment will be under observation by our Enforcement team at all times whilst we are in attendance, our enforcement officers will also have bodycam enabled during any contact with the travellers, to ensure that all discussions, interaction and contact with the travellers is recorded. This footage will be deleted after completion of the eviction and within a reasonable time, to ensure compliance with GDPR.
If the travellers do not commence moving from the site, within our timescales, we will prepare our transporters and removal vehicles, in preparation to use reasonable force to evict them and their vehicles from the land. Occasionally the police will be in attendance, at this time, to prevent a breach of the peace.
Once the eviction is completed a site inspection will be undertaken and if required, we will arrange for security to attend site, dependent on our clients requirements.
